Hey everyone,
So, after a really long time, I am back here.
Since, I am in this phase of transition from a small bubble to entering the real world currently— whether on a professional, personal, or societal front—I have started observing people and situations in my surroundings more clearly And have noticed something serious in our society that is getting bigger than we can ever think...
Read the rhyming lines below to know the tale....
wearing smiles like painted art,
They play their roles, they know their part.
But in corners, low voices grow,
Stories twist, in shadows below.
Truths are hidden, locked away,
What’s left unsaid begins to fray.
And as the silence thickens tight,
Masks fall heavy in the night.
If words were freed,
And If eyes saw clear,
The gaps would shrink, the walls would bend,
And peace would be what’s left to mend.
Don't let the stereotypes win,
Be honest, ask what they mean.
Don't choose to be fake, you should not,
Be real, people, before you are CAUGHT!
...
So... Yes, you got it right!
The post is exactly about what you have thought after reading the lines above.
Ok let's talk about it....
How often do we see misunderstandings brewing between people, or even catch ourselves misjudging someone and not getting their true intentions and then overthinking it on another level?
A lot, right?!
But why not clear things up? What’s really stopping us? Why has communication become so difficult nowadays, while ending love and trust has become so easy?
But think about it—if we don’t open our hearts to the person we need to, what happens then? The misunderstanding grows deeper and deeper. Eventually, it reaches a point where we might end up HATING THEIR ENTIRE EXISTENCE.
And my dear readers, let me be clear about this: THAT’S NOT SOMETHING TO BE PROUD OF!!!!
So, before it grows to that level, do the needful.
Honestly, I know and have seen that most of the time, we just overthink the small things and make them bigger because we don't talk about them when we first feel wrong or bad. We choose to pile them up and hurt ourselves in the process.
So, what do you need to do?
Take things as they are; everything doesn’t need to be taken seriously. If you find something itching at your soul, then don’t store it up and make it a big issue—TALK IT OUT( Or if you can't , then let it go, simple) but never choose fakeness, I repeat NEVER !!!!!!
Trust me, when you talk about it, you'll get to know many of the things that you were taking so seriously, are in real, not that serious, and most of the people are not that bad(specially in families and friendships, people don't hate you, they may unintentionally say something that may hurt you sometimes but they don't really hate you)
IMAGINE, how much a heartfelt talk could change. Just one open conversation could bridge those gaps; one honest moment could break down walls.
So why not speak up with the person concerned instead of taking our issues to a third party?
And if that’s too hard, then you should also stop involving people unnecessarily to your problems.
or simply, take yourself a little less seriously.

..
I hope my words bring a thought or two to your mind. Because deep down, we’re all a little scared to talk about what bothers us, and maybe that’s why many of us feel spiritually and mentally unwell. I truly wish wellness to everyone going through such situations.
GET WELL SOON!!
Start being honest, kind, and real, and I assure you everything will be okay.

Thank you.

Stay tuned for the next one!
